Everyone want to be better. Move forward and stop wasting your time. Stop filling up your time with pointless garbage.

If you want to be better person, you should do a changes now. You should change your habit. It’s not always big behavior. Tiny behavior is enough for you. Yeah, you did not miss read, tiny behavior can give a changes for you, me and all of us.

Sometimes we set big goals, we want to achieve our dream, but we use the wrong approach. We should use the right approach. If we do not do these, we will not get our thrives.

Yeah, sometimes people do not become what they want, it’s not because a personal flaw, but a design flaw. We set unrealistic goal. And then when we fall short of our expectation, it will feels hurt. It will feels pain. Yeah, we will feel sorrow and depressed. When we feel failure, it absolutely shattered us into pieces.

So, what should we do to be better person that want to achieve our dream? You need to change your habit. Form a new habit. Habit formation. You just need to do tiny behavior.

To successfully form new habit and command a change, we have to do these three steps:

1. Stop judging your self.

2. Set your goals. Your realistic goals. Not unrealistic goals. After you get your aspiration, then break them down into tiny behavior.

3. Accept your mistakes. It will be okay if you do a mistakes. Your mistakes will be a discoveries. It will make you move forward.

The most imperative of these step is taking of self-criticism and self-doubt. Criticising and doubting your self is just can pull you back from making real progress. So, be wise please.

Doing tiny habits, it will make us be person that we want to be easily and joyfully.
